JCP= Job Centre Plus

DWP= Department of Work & Pensions

JSA= Job Seekers Allowance

Volunteer= A job that involves volunteering usually implies that this is an unpaid position, often to support a charity. Volunteer work could involve fund raising or helping kids with reading. Other types of volunteer work could include helping keeping an office tidy, or making the tea at a company’s headquarters. Volunteer work can sometimes lead on to a paid position too.
